International Energy Forum is organised by Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) in cooperation with five key industry associations, Norway's largest trade union, and is supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.

Yes, there is a place where you can leave your luggage. It is located in the lobby of the hotel.

Registration takes place at the entrance via Thon Hotel Ullevaal (not the stadium entrance) - 3rd floor. There will be clear signage guiding you all the way in. After registering, you'll find the wardrobe and session rooms on the same floor.

We will send a practical information e-mail the day before the event, including maps and directions. You will also receive a SMS on the morning of the event with the entrance and floor details. Outdoor NORWEP beach flags and indoor signage will guide you to the right place.

Registration opens one hour before the first session. We recommend arriving early to get your badge and enjoy coffee and networking before we start.

Scan your ticket at the registration counter to get your badge printed. Speakers and delegation members will have pre-printed badges available at the same place.

The B2B meeting rooms are located on the same floor as the main hall (3rd floor). Room names and time slots are shown in the event portal. If anything changes on the day, the B2B team will be available all day at the registration desk to assist you.

Lunch is served in the restaurant area and breaks are held in the networking areas outside each each session rooms.

Yes – the Summit & Award Dinner takes place on 19 November and includes networking and live music. Details will be shared in your event confirmation.

Some sessions include remote speakers.
